Analysis of Gallstones

Complete data was collected and published on 38 explanatory variables covering potentially relevant biomedical attributes. We will only consider four of these, three of which were reported as being useful for prediction of participants gallstone status in Esen, I. et al., 2024. Two of these come from analysis of blood samples: vitamin D concentration (ng/mL) and hemoglobin level (g/dL).
